lose weight
i think every girl want to have a good body. actually they won't being fat. if you think your body is fat i want to give you some tips to make lose your weight.
1. Drink plenty of water. First how to lose weight fast tip is that our body needs a lot of water so give in to water. Water is not just way to flush out toxin but if you have more water in your body you will generally feel healthier and fitter. This it self will discourage any tendency to gorge. The best thing about water is that is has no calories at all.
2. Start your day with a glass of water. As soon as you wake up, gulp down a glass of cool water. It’s a wonderful way to start you day and you only need a lesser quantity of your breakfast drink after that. A glass of water lets out all your digestive juices and sort of lubricates the insides of your body. You may have your morning cup of tea but have it after a glass of water. It is good for you.
3. Drink a glass of water before you start the meal.Water naturally needs some space so that you feel fuller without actually having to stuff yourself.
4. Have another glass of water while you are having the meal. Again this is another great how to lose weight fast super tip and a way of making yourself full, another great weight loss tips, so that you can actually rise from the table eating less but feeling full just the same. Instead of drinking it one gulp, take sips after each morsel. It will help the food to settle faster so that you get that feeling that you are full faster.
SIDENOTE: Water is such a remarkable thing, but seldom do we give it the credit that it deserves. Did you know that over 66% of your body weight is nothing but water’ It’s amazing! Water also plays a vital role in weight control, which is why I donated so much space to it, above.
5. Stay away from sweetened bottle drinks, especially sodas. Hey all those colas and fizzy drinks are sweetened with sugar and sugar means calories. The more you can cut out on these sweetened bottle drinks, the better for you. So if you must drink sodas, then stick to diet sodas.
6. Include in your diet things that contain more water like tomatoes and watermelons. These things contain 90 to 95 % water so that there is nothing that you have to lose by feasting on them. They fill you up without adding to the pounds.
7. Eat fresh fruit instead of drinking fruit juice. Juice is often sweetened but fresh fruits have natural sugars. When you eat fruit, you are taking in a lot of fiber, which is needed by the body, and fruits of course are an excellent source of vitamins.
8. If you do have a craving for fruit juice then go for fresh fruit juice instead of these that contain artificial flavors and colors. Or even better, try making your own fruit juice taking care not to sweeten it with too many calories.

make a good relationship
in our live we cannot live without another people. we need to make a relationship with with other. because of that we should make a good relationship. i want to give some tips to make a good relationship.
1. Every morning make a conscious commitment to eliminate blame, criticism, and invalidation from your side of the relationship. If it leaks out, acknowledge it, and apologize to your partner.
2. Pay attention to and express appreciation for positive things your partner says or does--no matter how small!
3. Ask your partner to write down what makes him/her feel loved and special. Do the same for yourself. Exchange lists. Then, every day, no matter how you feel about him or her, do one loving/caring behavior for your partner!
4. Honestly look at the things YOU do that you know are not helpful to the relationship. If you want something different, you need to do something different!
5. Develop compassion for your partner and for yourself. Reactive, defensive thoughts, words and behavior are ways we protect ourselves from "danger". Watch yourself reacting and ask yourself, "What does this remind me of from my own past?" and, " What can I do differently at this point to become safer for my partner?"
6. Ask very specifically for what you need and say 'why' it is important to you. Your partner cannot read your mind and actually experiences life differently than you do!
7. Learn new skills that make communication safe and effective for both of you.
8. Know that both romantic love and the power struggle are not the destination, but are stages on the road to 'real love'. Frustration and conflict are keys for healing and growth for both of you!
9. Read Getting the Love You Want, by Harville Hendrix, Ph.D., for new understanding of underlying issues that fuel frustration in your relationship and of ways to co-create a better relationship.
10. Most relationships can be 'saved' and transformed, and getting rid of the partner does not get rid of the 'problem'! If you think you need help, call for an appointment or come to one of our workshops or classes. You can create the relationship you want.

make a good persentation
as a student in a university, we always have assignment and exercise. some of the assignment is presentation in front of class. because of that i want to give some tips to make good our presentation.
1. Making Presentations That Audiences Will Love
2. Use a Template Use a set font and color scheme. Different styles are disconcerting to the audience. You want the audience to focus on what you present, not the way you present.
3. Fonts Choose a clean font that is easy to read. Roman and Gothic typefaces are easier to read than Script or Old English . Stick with one or two types of fonts.
4. Font Size Bulleted items should be no smaller than 22 points. The title should be no smaller than 28 points.
5. Bullets Keep each bullet to one line, two at the most. Limit the number of bullets in a screen to six, four if there is a large title, logo, picture, etc. This is known as “cueing” You want to “cue” the audience in on what you are going to say. Cues can be thought of as a brief “preview.” This gives the audience a “framework” to build upon.
6. Bullets (con.) If you crowd too much text, the audience will not read it. Too much text makes it look busy and is hard to read. Why should they spend the energy reading it, when you are going to tell them what it says? Our reading speed does not match our listening speed; hence, they confuse instead of reinforcing each other.
7. Caps and Italics Do not use all capital letters Makes text hard to read Conceals acronyms Denies their use for EMPHASIS Italics Used for “ quotes ” Used to highlight thoughts or ideas Used for book, journal, or magazine titles
8. C o l o r s Reds and oranges are high-energy but can be difficult to stay focused on. Greens , blues , and browns are mellower, but not as attention grabbing. White on dark background should not be used if the audience is more than 20 feet away. This set of slides is a good example. You can easily read the slides up close. It is harder to read the further away you get.
9. Backgrounds A white on a dark background was used for this set of slides as: The author assumes most users will view the presentation on their own computer. Having a dark background on a computer screen reduces glare.
10. The Color Wheel Colors separated by another color are contrasting colors (also known as complementary) Adjacent colors (next to each other) harmonize with one another. e.g. Green and Yellow The color wheel below is simplified for easy use
11. Clashing Colors Colors that are directly opposite from one another are said to clash. These provide readability - e.g. yellow on blue.
12. To make a slide stand out, change the font or background Attention Grabber
13. Illustrations Use only when needed, otherwise they become distracters instead of communicators They should relate to the message and help make a point Ask yourself if it makes the message clearer Simple diagrams are great communicators
14. Flipcharts Make letters at least a 1/4 high Flipcharts with lines are much easier to write on
15. Aspect Ratios for Media Overhead Transparency 4:5 Video 3:4 35mm Transparency 2:3
16. Overhead & 35mm Screen Size for Readability Screen 6’ 8’ 10’ 12’ 15’ 1/4 inch 30’ 40’ 50’ 60’ 90’ 3/8 inch 45’ 60’ 75’ 90’ 135’ 1/2 inch 60’ 80’ 100’ 120’ 180’ Examples: 1/4” type shown on a screen size of 6’ can be seen 30’ away (20 point Times Roman equals 1/4” type) 1/2” type shown on a 10’ screen can be seen 75’ away (40 point Times Roman equals 1/4” type)
17. YOU Do not use the media to hide you The audience came to see you The media should enhance the presentation, not BE the presentation If all you are going to do is read from the slides or overheads, then just send them the slides Remember, only you can prevent “ Death by PowerPoint ”

how to avoid tiredness
Slow down:
Go, go, go ... being on the go all day long can feel envigorating until you stop! Then the tiredness can knock you out so you feel exhausted. Don't be on the go all day. Slow down. Take tea breaks. Take lunch breaks. Have a stretch break. Have a rest break. Alternate activity with rest and you might find your tiredness stops.
Stop trying to do everything:
Each one of us can only do so much in a day. Tiredness can occur when we do too much. We can become depleted when we drive ourselves to perform, achieve or please everyone. If you want to stop tiredness, then stop trying to do everything. Be selective. Know your priorities and do them. When you are doing your priorities your stamina will last longer, as your stamina gets recharged along the way.
Get a good night’s sleep:
Ah! The luxury of a wonderful cosy bed, in a nice dark and quiet room, feeling peaceful and sleeping well. Good quality sleep recharges our batteries, it rejuvenates us, it stops tiredness, fatigue and exhaustion. Do everything you can to sleep well, every day. Get regular, good quality sleep to stop fatigue and overcome exhaustion.
Reduce your stress:
Stress and tension can eat away at your energy at an alarming speed. When you worry, fret and get anxious about things you are chewing up your energy. To stop tiredness and fatigue therefore, take care of yourself and reduce your stress and tension. There are many ways to relax. A relaxed contented person usually has healthier energy levels and more stamina than a stressed and tense one.
Eat well for you:
The food you eat has a high impact on how you feel and how high your energy levels are. Eat the foods that don't leave you feeling tired after eating. Choose to eat the foods that leave you feeling alert and vital. Often high fat foods, for instance, can clog up your whole system, and once the initial "yummy" taste has passed you are left feeling tired and worn-out.
Choose your social activities carefully:
Are your social activities leaving your tired? Partying all night can leave people on a short-term high and long-term exhaustion. Constantly being stimulated and excited, and interacting endlessly with people, can run down energy and make people tired and exhausted. Driving around from one place to another, propping up the bar in the pub or being with negative people can make you tired and use up your stamina quickly. Pick a good balance of social activities that re-charge your energy and give yourself time to rest as well.
