Each country in the world exactly has law and doubt for every crime. There are several kinds of the doubt that depends on what the crime. One of the doubts is capital punishment. Indonesia did that punishment, but half countries in the world eliminate it because it is a bad penalty. The capital punishment is contradictory with human right because of several reasons.
Every person has opportunity to change characteristic especially for the suspected. Giving the death penalty is not a good decision to punish someone although it can reduce criminal in the country. The government can choose another punishment for a suspected. Which makes it realize about what they have done? In fact criminalize is increasing each years. As a result it will not reduce criminalize in the world. The suspected has right to change himself to be better without giving death penalty.
The punishment must be fair for the suspected and their families. Killing someone is a bad habitual although it is a law. Sometimes this punishment is not same with reality like case in Malaysia. People in Arab Saudi did it to TKI from Indonesia however they did it unintentionally. It is not wise for them and their family. They have right to give protection. It is really contradictory with human right.
